4-WEEK INTENSIVE ACTING PROGRAM
(FOUNDATION LEVEL)
The 4-Week Intensive Acting Program provides students with a solid foundation in the art, craft, and business of acting for film and television. Students are introduced to core acting techniques including monologues, scene breakdown, character interpretation, improvisation, acting for the screen, audition techniques, voice and movement, and working with directors.
Training is delivered through a rigorous schedule of classroom lectures and hands-on practicals from Monday to Thursday, while Fridays to Sundays are dedicated to film shoots. Students work collaboratively on three short film productions, with weekly screenings and structured feedback sessions involving facilitators and peers. The final week is fully devoted to shooting and editing the culminating short film project, ending with a formal screening and appraisal.

8-WEEK INTENSIVE ACTING PROGRAM
(FOUNDATION + ON-SET IMMERSION)
The 8-Week Intensive Acting Program is designed for students who want to go beyond the basics and gain deeper, hands-on experience. The program is structured in two distinct four-week phases.
The first four weeks focus on intensive classroom training and guided practicals, covering acting techniques, scene study, audition preparation, improvisation, screen acting, voice and movement, and character development. During this phase, students work on three short film projects of increasing complexity, which are screened weekly for critique.
The second four weeks is a 100% practical, on-set immersion, where students transition fully into professional production environments. During this phase, students act in two professionally produced short films, learning by doing and working directly with directors, crew, and production schedules in real-world conditions

6 MONTHS ACTING DIPLOMA
(CARRER DEVELOPMENT LEVEL)
The 6-Month Professional Acting Program is HDFA’s most comprehensive acting pathway, designed for students committed to building a long-term career in film and television. The program begins with intensive foundational training in acting techniques, scene analysis, improvisation, screen performance, voice and movement, audition mastery, character psychology, and working with directors.
As the program progresses, students move into advanced scene work, sustained character development, and extended on-set training, participating in multiple short film and longer-form productions of increasing scale. Emphasis is placed on consistency, discipline, collaboration, and professional conduct. Students receive continuous mentorship, critique, and performance refinement throughout the program.
The final phase focuses on industry readiness, including showreel development, audition strategy, branding, and career guidance, alongside the production of fully realized film projects that reflect professional standards.
